Hello My Friends,
Currently I am actually talking to Charley and Darcy while I type this blog live on Instagram. Posting on youtube. Even live on Tiktok today. I mean it’s not like we are not under surveillance and I figure I’m always in a fish bowl that streaming live isn’t anything new. Technically I’ve truly always been a story teller and entertainer from the beginning. I feel that was my role given to me early on as a child and as big brother. I guess that is why 1984 always stuck with me. Reading it before my true age and seeing a movie of it super young during the time of the 1980’s cold war and war on drugs unfold on the television screen as I drew cartoons and comics is when I realized my role of big brother was truly different than Orewell’s Big Brother is watching. I realized “Big Brother” was something different. Where I was someone who was put in a roll of protector the Government itself saw it differently from their protection. Yet in all honesty I feel that is how my generation was conditioned. Divorced parents, T.V. Dinners andBabysitters, Keys and the rule of be home when the street lights come on. I mean that was pretty much universal. Duck and Cover in case of emergency. My mother used to tell me if you can’t be good be careful. So they whole idea of today’s state of paranoia is truly a figment of imaginations. Hence why I truly have been keeping my head down and creating an environment where I can create in all shapes and forms. That includes playing with all mediums even some of the past ones in which I once abandoned. Yet as I dust the cobwebs of this trunk and pull out my magic tricks. I would finally realize the true art is now my type of art. Enjoy the idea as my Home Box Office and Disneyland is now opening with the help of some friends. Which some will be found in the Cast of Characters Page that will be up shortly. It will also include a new section “the MALL” where you can visit my own version of a an On-Line Mall of friends. Let’s face it. I was a MALLRAT. I used to hangout at The Victorville Mall, The Del Almo Mall, Beverly Center and what was truly my home away from home on summer days as I lived in Lawndale, CA on 173rd at the South Bay Galleria. Having out with girls at Hot Dog on a Stick to get free lemonade. Thank You Kat. Also had a chola at Cinnabun… Vanessa was sweet. Oh the sweetness… However, I’ve been avoiding the sugar and still maintaining sweetness. On that note… Stay tuned in. Stay Positive. Stay Gold. Stay Phenomenal. Stay Up and Stay Sweet…. Nightshade, Sabine, Dyna, Charley Marshall and Casey Renfrew’s Cast of Characters Profiles have been worked on for the cast behind Jeffery Page and Friends. All pages being Put Up one day at a time. ADHD-Friendly Recipe: Spicy Avocado Toast with Pumpkin Seeds
The healthy fats in avocado and zinc from pumpkin seeds support neurotransmitter health, including dopamine regulation. ½ avocado, mashed
1 tsp lemon juice
Dash of chili flakes
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Directions:
Toast bread, layer with mashed avocado, lemon juice, chili flakes, and top with pumpkin seeds.
