Hello my Friends,
It has a been a year of creating and being better. As I am nearing a year of non drinking I see the benefits that it has brought me. The clarity is amazing which is allowing more to be done here in the Headquarters of Jeffery Page & Friends. As the creations flow out so are some of the friends. Charley, John, Mark and others have been here helping out as we prepare to share more with the world. That is something I have thought about a lot these last few months. which is sharing. It’s quite interesting that we are creatures based on communication. Yet the 3 main issues all humans seem to face as dilemmas with that seem to me made up up by us is Money, Religion, & Politics which we are not supposed to talk about yet I truly see this as means of control. For all those 3 concerns are not only very powerful, they truly are the reasons why we suffer. So here at Jeffery Page & Friends it’s always been my purpose to continuing sharing the love and wisdom so we can live the dream which is our life. I may act as a BIG BROTHER so you can be aware to not trust BIG BROTHER. So keep checking back for all things to make this planet better. Wether you need Art, Wisdom or a good laugh. The true act of living is being one with everything. Don’t get labeled, branded or manipulated and use that mind of yours to be the best YOU. By default I know this will be a better place. ADHD-Friendly Recipe: Omega-3 Salmon Lettuce Boats
Omega-3s found in salmon are known to support dopamine function and reduce inflammation—key for ADHD-related focus and mood regulation.
Ingredients:
1 cooked salmon fillet (about 4 oz)
4 large romaine lettuce leaves
1 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
Pinch of black pepper
Optional: chopped celery or red onion for crunch
Directions:
Flake salmon into a bowl and mix with yogurt, mustard, lemon, and pepper. Scoop into lettuce leaves and serve chilled or room temp.

Los Angeles Fun Fact: The First Ever U.S. Streetcar Was in L.A.
In 1874, the Spring and Sixth Street Railway began service with mule-drawn streetcars—setting the stage for the city’s future as a transportation hub. It had the potential to be the leader of public transit in the world yet that came to an end with a contract signed by City officials of Los Angeles with General Motors and a tire company which drove what we now know as the southern California Car Culture. The contract halted the funding and plans for public transportation for the City of Los Angeles in order to sell more Cars… The real American Way. Capitalism not Care. So long story short. Hard to believe the worst City in the world with Public transportation actually would of been the leader of it. Money in the wrong hands for sure.
