It’s been over a year since I have dove into my world and trying to make it the best I can for I know the formula of Gold now. I believe I truly always did but just lost the formula for awhile. The best thing I have ever done though was to refer to my journals, my notes, my memories finding it all. Compounding with more of today’s wisdom the clarity is phenomenal. ADHD-Friendly Recipe: Blueberry Chia Brain Smoothie

Neuroscience Nugget: The ADHD Brain Often Struggles With Time Awareness
Known as “time blindness,” this is a common symptom. Using external reminders, visual clocks, or scheduling breaks can help train time awareness in daily routines.
I truly recommend following my friend Andrew Huebermann for all neuro science. His knowledge helped me escape a lot of my previous patterns and awareness of what we can do to reprogram our brains to be the best we can be. I appreciate all his sharing of knowledge.
Los Angeles Fun Fact: L.A. Has a Hidden Underground Trolley System and a Rabbit
Long before freeways, the Pacific Electric “Red Car” system ran over 1,000 miles of electric rail—some of it still hidden beneath today’s city streets. I first learned of this as a child in the Eighties in the movie Who framed Roger Rabbit? Which is also one of my favorite movies of all time. It seems Los Angeles truly has many underground layers to it. From tells of lizard people, lost treasure in Elysian Park, A trolley that took you to the heaven’s and a system network that has been hidden to most who live above. I have known people who have navigated this network of tunnels while I lived in DTLA. Which is where the epicenter of the network begins. I truly love exploring. From here on out I will make an attempt to share and document more of this wonderful city, state and country. As I’m rolling like a stone and jumpin’ so called trollies.
Cryptid Corner: The Pope Lick Monster (Kentucky) and the true G.O.A.T Tom Savini
The Pope Lick Monster is Said to live beneath a railway trestle in Louisville, this half-man, half-goat creature allegedly lures victims onto the bridge. I guess a cross between Rumpelstiltskin and a Satyr or Faun depending on the Mythology then again the Devil himself. If this was the eighties I’m sure Geraldo or Phil Donahue would of had a n episode on it and blaming teenagers and Satan worship. Regardless some say it uses hypnosis to persuade you to beneath tracks like a Pope. Could even be some of thse people on the Epstein List looking for their so to speak appetizers. Probably humming the song “Big Rock Candy Mountain”. Others blame optical illusions. Either way, the legend continues to haunt locals like the idea that Tom Savani used Epstein’s likeness for the Black Phone Mask. Which you as me is super Creepy. Definiotely ranks with some of the greatest horror Masks of all time. Which if you think about it. Tom Savani is the “G.O.A.T. of horror make up and special effects.” My friend and fellow nerd Ace Von Johnson would agree to that. I am slo honored to recieve a hockey mask that was autgraphed by Tom Savini who helped create my Mother’s favorite Friday the 13th. I will say I loved Dawn of the Dead (Original) and still to this day is Cameo scene in Maniac truly one of the most horrifying scenes caught in horror cinema still to date. At least in my opinion. Either way the Pope Lick monster to me is probably a true maniac and not a half man half goat. Then again what the hell do I know. Tom still rules.

Night Visions- Right off the Bat, Nothing is what it seems. I present you the case of how I see it upon 2026. This was a reason for it all. I was just trying to save us. They had one common denominator. It was hard to at first yet got easier as I repeated the task at hand. It wasn’t just me I know. As there were too many of them. It seemed though for everyone I saw there were at least two that hid in the shadows waiting for opportunities. It is Los Angeles. It is a town that promises you sunshine but hides it crosses. So many habitats here hide the puddles of blood that lays upon it’s cold foundation. I didn’t start off this way. Originally I lived in Long Beach, Ca. It was a different time then now. Looking back it seems a lifetime ago. I thought I was happy then with only one thing different. I felt like I needed a Dame. That is when I warned by an old man who was sitting next to me at the bar in the Burgundy room in Hollywood, Ca. As we were sitting there he told me the reason why he was still here able to sip on a beverage these days as it was opening time at the bar and I was waiting to catch a plane ride to see my what I thought was my fiance at least at time. She left about a month ago to work in New York for the summer at the Met in the summer of 2013. She had a major in art history which made it a great opportunity as we were struggling and we always talked about maybe moving to New York.. Either way What he began to say I thought was a joke. But he warned me that one day soon he would see on how she was taken by another man while she was gone. Right away I came to her defense as I knew she would never. Yet, proceeded to cut me off to explain to me not like that way young fellow. What I mean is she was bitten. At first I am like what? and he said that I have heard of the tales. The Gorgon, Vampyr, Vlad the Impaler, Nosferatu, Dracul, The Prince of Darkness, The Vampire. I said sure old man. He said,”Have it your own way”.At least let me buy you a parting drink. The name is Stanton, Dean. You can call me Dean. Someday you will see what this town is truly about kid. As he motioned to Ian for a few shots. Ian came over poured three rocks glasses of whiskey as Dean Said to survival. Cheers. We raised our glasses and took them down. I don’t need to say at this point and time I felt the warmth already take over me. Dean wished me a good day and said to remember what he said. I am Hollywood Vampire not a real Vampire. Although we know for a fact she was turned. Your future wife is now the undead. He closed out with Ian. It was my time to catch a ride to LAX to JFK. Then he was about to leave then turned around and asked if I could do him a favor. Since he did buy me a shot and my drink I sad sure.
