Hello my friends, Still keeping my head down. Working on M.E.O.W. Soon you’ll understand it all. Bigger pictures require much more work. Which is why there has been less sharing as it has been requiring more work. I also have been using the Mad world of Jeffery Page & Friends on Youtube which currently has all been just experimental avant garde videos. Which soon will be starring more of yours truly with friends. Charley Marshall fellow South Bay Punk Rock Alumni and I have been working on some art zines which will soon be released in the store. Speaking of store. I haven’t really announced it but the MALL is open for any of your nostalgic mallrats from the era of 1995 as I want it to look like a Hot Topic, Tower Records, Ahhs, Toy Store or Music Store you frequent in 1995 for I was one of those teens. I also Co-wrote a song with Dive Bar Aaron titled “Melt Away” which I believe is streaming on bandcamp or click here to watch on Youtube.com. ADHD-Friendly Recipe: Matcha Oat Breakfast Bars

These bars are perfect for busy mornings. Matcha offers gentle caffeine without the crash, and oats are a slow-burning carb that fuels focus and memory.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups rolled oats

• ½ cup almond butter

• ¼ cup honey or maple syrup

• 1 tbsp matcha powder

• ¼ cup chopped almonds or dark chocolate chips

• Pinch of salt

Directions:

Mix all ingredients until combined. Press into a baking dish, refrigerate for 1 hour, slice, and snack.

Hyperion, a coast redwood stands at 379.7 feet tall in a remote part of Redwood National Park. It’s the tallest known living tree on Earth! It is protected by the powers above us to keep it safe. It is in an unknown location.

As for Palm Trees. Did you know?

Executive function includes planning, organizing, and self-monitoring. These skills often require extra support in ADHD brains, which benefit from structure, clear steps, and routine.

Los Angeles Fun Fact: The Hollywood Bowl Is in a Volcano Crater

Well—almost. The iconic amphitheater sits in a natural bowl-like depression that geologists believe could be an ancient collapsed volcanic structure. It is one of my favorite venus in all of California that I have been to. On a perfect evening it’s hard to beat regardless of the performer. I have seen Depeche Mode, The Cure, Nick Cave & Warren Ellis, Grinderman, Cat Power, Van Halen, my friend Rodney Wirtz perform multiple times with She and Him, Orchestras, as well as many other concerts.

Cryptid Corner: The Lizard Man of Scape Ore Swamp (South Carolina)

First reported in 1988, this 7-foot-tall, scale-covered humanoid with glowing red eyes was blamed for car damage and livestock attacks in Bishopville. It’s one of the most reptilian entries in U.S. cryptid lore, and locals still talk about the “green menace” in hushed tones.

(Not all cryptids I list do I believe. So the above creature sounds like a bunch of juvenile delinquents. I can not confirm nor deny it is a creature. Yet it is still one and I am all for sharing.)
