Hello My Friends, Keeping this short and sweet as I am working on submitting proposals to a few projects and coming off of this Christmas binge. Although I know I’ll be posting again which will be a normal process here. For most of the time dealing with algorithms and life I feel that this place gets truly neglected even if I try to maintain a schedule. I’m extremely ADHD schedules are rough.. So I’m going to use it more like what my social media/networking was. A collection of Art, interests and notes. As my friend Charley recently said, “ You’re artistically a journalist as well.” So I truly hope that the things I share you will gain you knowledge, perspective and belief in how this world is your canvas. So if I get this all right I hope this website and art will inspire you enough to enjoy this amazing life we have as well. Obviously choose you’re own adventure and be aware that I truly am sharing things that I do or enjoy. It might not be for everyone. Although, I’m sure something might be for you. At any rate please take a look. steal some notes. share some notes… So on that note. Stay tuned for more… Remember “We are the PEOPLE” Sincerely with Love mi compadres ME aka your friend Jeffery Page

ADHD-Friendly Recipe: Salmon & Avocado Lettuce Wraps
Salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids—proven to support brain health, regulate mood, and improve focus in ADHD. Salmon is my favorite fish to eat. This meal is a go to for something easy to prepare. I also add salsa sometimes as it the Angelino in me.
Ingredients:
1 cooked salmon fillet (grilled, baked, or canned)
1 avocado, sliced
Romaine or butter lettuce leaves
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: sliced cucumbers or red onion for crunch
Directions:
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper into the salmon. Spoon into lettuce leaves with avocado and any extras you like. I know I change it up regularly.
California Fact: California Has the Oldest Living Tree
The Methuselah Tree in the White Mountains is a bristlecone pine estimated to be over 4,800 years old—older than the pyramids and hidden from the public to protect it. It would be amazing to see some the trees that existed pre Deforestation.
Neuroscience Nugget: The Brain Can Rewire Itself
This is called neuroplasticity. ADHD brains, while wired differently, are still highly adaptable. Practicing mindfulness, breaking tasks into chunks, or using visual planners can build new neural pathways and healthier habits.
Coffee Recommendation: Cold Brew with a Dash of Cinnamon
Cold brew is smoother and less acidic than hot coffee—great for sustained energy without the crash. Adding cinnamon not only boosts flavor but helps regulate blood sugar and sharpen mental clarity. I also love doing this with cheaper coffees. I am not into creamer or sugars. Even if my addiction of sugar seems to be the hardest one to kick.
Random Plant Fact: Ashwagandha – Stress Soother
Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic herb used in Ayurvedic medicine that’s shown promise in reducing cortisol (stress hormone) and supporting overall brain health. It can improve sleep, focus, and emotional resilience. Regardless the reason. Tea Time is can be anytime. Enjoy.
I currently have about 13-15 teas. All teas and coffees are welcomed for Jeffery Page and Friends. Also tell us what you drink below.
Hollywood, CA
Los Angeles Fun Fact: The Hollywood Sign Used to Say “Hollywoodland”
Originally built in 1923 as an ad for a housing development, the last four letters were removed in the 1940s. Today, the iconic sign is one of the most recognizable landmarks in the world. I also have one of the owners of a letter tattooed on me. Had the pleasure of meeting a few of them. This above picture was from the Hollywood Parking lot next to the Burgundy Room were I’d park my 62 Caddi and 85 Monte Carlo while working at True until I moved on Wilcox Ave which I was able to see the sign from my apartment. Those times were interesting. Definitely some of the stories in First Call, Last Call were born in the land of Hollywood. Good Times and Bad Times. It was all Life with people chasing dreams while some left with more nightmares. Regardless It’s the city of stars.
Cryptid Corner: The Beast of Bray Road (Wisconsin)
A hulking, wolf-like creature spotted prowling near Elkhorn, Wisconsin since the 1980s, the Beast of Bray Road is said to walk on two legs and stare down cars at night. Descriptions range from “werewolf” to “dogman,” and it remains one of America’s creepiest roadside legends. I believe in some things. This one sounds like the Howling, or American Werewolf in Paris probably started this. Although Who knows. Do you?
A fluctuation of the mind.
Today’s Thought -
The only thought that truly remains true through out time is you are what you say you are. So watch what you say about yourself so it does not resonate negatively. - ME
